TREASURED rings were among items stolen in a burglary.

Thieves broke into the property in Park Glen, Park Gate, while the householder – a 42-year-old man – was on holiday. They fled with a stash of jewellery from the man’s bedroom, including three rings.

The burglary happened between noon on June 23 and 7pm on July 3.

A spokesman for Hampshire Constabulary said: ‘We are keen to hear from anyone who may have been offered rings similar to the ones illustrated for sale in the past few weeks.’
