TWO robbers threatened a man at knife-point in his car.

The 42-year-old victim was robbed of £50 after two men jumped into his parked Smart car in a car park in Stubbington Avenue, Portsmouth.

We’d like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the robbery, or saw two men being chased somewhere between Stubbington Avenue and New Road, to come forward as the information may help our investigation

It happened at around 12.30pm on Wednesday. The victim chased the men to New Road.

Detective Constable Owen Wood, investigating, said: ‘We’d like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the robbery, or saw two men being chased to come forward as the information may help our investigation.’

Both men were white. One was about 20, and wore a black jumper or jacket with patches on the front.

He had a large kitchen knife with black handle and thin blade. The second man was slightly older, had a beard and was wearing blue jeans, brown jacket. Call police on 101 if you can help.
