MAGISTRATES have fined a woman for driving without insurance.

Emily O’Brien, 22, of Magister Drive, Lee-on-the-Solent, admitted committing the offence while driving a vehicle in West Street, Fareham.

She was fined £300 and told to pay £15 to a fund for victims of crime and £65 in court costs.

Six penalty points were added to her driving licence.
