MAGISTRATES have fined a man for being drunk and disorderly.

Daryl Fewings, 44, of The Rowans, Leigh Park, admitted committing the offence at The Heroes pub in London Road, Waterlooville.

He was fined £115 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £55 in court costs by Portsmouth magistrates.

Fewings admitted possessing class B drug cannabis at Waterlooville police station. No separate penalty was imposed.

However magistrates made an order for the drug to be forfeited and destroyed.
