A 70-YEAR-OLD man admitted driving without a valid licence.

John Bayliss, from Yarrow Way, Locks Heath, committed the offence while driving a Citroen Xsara in Barnes Wallis Road, Locks Heath.

Bayliss was fined £200 by Fareham magistrates.

He was told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £65 in court costs.
