A DRINK-driver has been banned from the roads.

Oyaylo Yordanov pleaded guilty to driving a BMW in Stanhope Road, Portsmouth, after drinking too much on April 10.

A test revealed his breath contained 52 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres.

The legal limit is 35mg.

Yordanov, from Springfield Road, Walthamstow, east London, was banned from driving for a year by Fareham magistrates. He was also fined £200. Yordanov was told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £100 costs.
