MAGISTRATES have fined a man for driving a lorry without a valid licence.

Lee Carter, of Old Mill Lane, Lovedean, admitted committing the offence while driving a DAF lorry in Stanbridge Road, Havant.

The 42-year-old was fined £200 by Fareham magistrates.

He was ordered to pay £15 to a fund for victims of crime and £85 in court costs.

Magistrates added four penalty points to Carter’s driving licence.
