Man, 21, admits taking car and driving in city streets
A MAN has been fined £550 after taking a car and failing to stop three times.
Police tried to stop Jarreth Cush, 21, of Festing Road, Southsea, in Holbrook Road, Lake Road and Allaway Avenue in Portsmouth.
City magistrates fined him £550 with six points on his licence with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
He admitted driving without due care and attention, three charges of failing to stop, driving without third party insurance and taking an Audi A5 without consent.
