A MAN is being hunted by police after a supermarket was burgled.

Officers want to speak to Stephen Weir, 23, after three men broke into the Co-op supermarket in the Locks Heath Centre.

A large quantity of cigarettes worth thousands of pounds was stolen, at around 4am on October 3 last year.

Police believe Weir is in Southampton.

Weir is white, slim, 5ft 10in, and has dark brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information should call police on 101.
