MAGISTRATES have fined a man for using threatening behaviour.

Steven Storey, of Clarendon Road, Southsea, admitted committing the public order offence in Palmerston Road, Southsea.

The 31-year-old also admitted a charge of failing to answer bail.

Portsmouth magistrates gave Storey a six-month conditional discharge and told him to pay £65.
