A MAN has been fined for damaging a window.

Daniel Cleverley, 31, of Old Road, Gosport, appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

He pleaded guilty to criminal damage and was fined £100. He must pay £100 compensation, a £20 victim fee and £85 prosecution costs. Cleverley committed the offence on December 22 in Old Road. He admitted breaching a conditional discharge given to him for assaulting a police constable.

He was given a six-month conditional discharge for that offence. Cleverley also admitted breaching police bail.
