RAZOR thief Dominic Kenney has been given a conditional discharge.

The 19-year-old, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing the £14.99 razor from a Boots store in Portsmouth.

He was given a six-month conditional discharge.

The 19-year-old was ordered to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims by Portsmouth magistrates.
