THIEF Jamie Stevens has been given a conditional discharge.

Stevens, 37, of Livesay Gardens, Portsmouth, admitted stealing goods worth £242.96 from a Boots store in Portsmouth.

He was given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £20 in court costs by Fareham magistrates.
