Man admits to being drunk and disorderly in public

MAGISTRATES have fined a man for being drunk and disorderly in public.

Andrew Willis, 25, of Forton Road, Gosport, admitted committing the offence in Albert Road, Southsea, on August 11.

He also pleaded guilty to failing to answer bail on October 18 and breaching a community order.

Willis was ordered not to leave his home between 7pm and 6am for 90 days by Portsmouth magistrates.

He was also fined £150 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims.

Willis was ordered not to leave court until the session ended.
