A MAN who caused more than £150 of damage to three shops has been told to stay in at night.

Shaun Haines admitted destroyed a window and damaged a carpet at Specsavers and Poundland in London Road, Waterlooville, on October 9.

He also pleaded guilty to damaging an air conditioning unit at Everything Everywhere in the street on the same day.

He was told to pay £177.98 compensation to the Specsavers store.

Haines, 20, from Orsmond Close, Waterlooville, was also given a curfew ordering him not to leave his home between 7pm and 7am daily for three months by Portsmouth magistrates.
