MOTORIST Shaun Rawlins has been fined for driving without due care and attention.

Rawlins admitted committing the offence while driving a Vauxhall Vectra in Elm Grove, Southsea.

The 41-year-old, from Manor Park Avenue, Cosham, turned right from the main road into the path of a cyclist, who crashed into the car.

He was ordered to pay £130 in a fine and costs by Fareham magistrates.

Three penalty points were added to his driving licence.
