A MAN has admitted possessing a horse tranquiliser illegally.

Daniel Robinson, 26 admitted having class C drug Ketamine on him in Southsea Esplanade, Southsea, on September 3.

Robinson, of Station Road, Liss was given a six-month conditional discharge by Portsmouth magistrates. He was also told to pay £85 in costs.
