SHOPLIFTER Patrick Feeley has been given a conditional discharge.

Keeley, 41, of Foster Road, Landport, Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to stealing food worth £172.30 from the Co-op in Tangier Road, Baffins, Portsmouth, on June 29.

Two other offences were taken into consideration by Portsmouth magistrates.

Keeley was given a 12-month conditional discharge.

He also admitted committing the crime while already subject to a conditional discharge. No separate penalty was imposed.
