A MAN who was found carrying heroin, crack cocaine and cannabis has been told to pay £450.

Eugene Bell was found with the drugs when he was stopped by the police in Victoria Road South, Southsea.

The 38-year-old had 0.8g of crack cocaine, 0.8g of heroin and 5.5g of cannabis.

Bell, of Hordle Road, Havant, pleaded guilty at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court to two counts of possessing a class A drug and one of possession of a class B drug.

Bell was fined £350 with £100 in costs.

He was told to pay within two weeks.
