Police offer reward for arrest of former Portsmouth resident after £12 million heroin supply trial

MAGISTRATES have fined a man for driving without due care and attention.

Sam Courtney, 24, of Copnor Road, Portsmouth, admitted driving a Peugeot 307 that collided with a bike in Quartremaine Road, Portsmouth. Courtney was pulling out from Dundas Lane. He was fined £140 and told to pay £65 costs and £15 to a fund for crime victims by Fareham magistrates. Four penalty points were also added to his driving licence.
