MAGISTRATES have fined a man for possessing amphetamines.

Martin Day, 42, of Highland Road, Southsea, admitted having the class B drug on him in Southsea on June 30. He was fined £50 and told to pay £85 costs and £15 to a fund for crime victims by Portsmouth magistrates.
