Suspected arson incident in Waterlooville causes £50,000 of damage

MAGISTRATES have fined a man for possessing an offensive weapon in public.

Joshua Campbell, 20, of no fixed abode, admitted having a lock knife on him in Paradise Street, Portsmouth.

He was put under supervision for nine months by Portsmouth magistrates.

An order was made for the knife to be destroyed.
