Man fined over assault
A THUG who assaulted a woman has been fined £250.
Dean Marsh, 52, of Hawthorn Crescent, Cosham, admitted assault by beating on May 9.
City magistrates imposed a community order with 32 days of rehabilitation.
He must pay £310 prosecution costs and an £85 charge.
