A MAN was caught in possession of horse tranquiliser ketamine.

Luke Cody, 27, of Princes Close, Whitehill, Bordon, admitted having the class B drug on him in Fawcett Road, Southsea. He was given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £30 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.

An order was made for the ketamine to be forfeited and destroyed under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
