A MAN must pay £255 after possessing cocaine and obstructing a PC.

Steven Lee, 33, of Hatfield Road, Southsea, pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine and obstructing a PC, both on September 21 in Clarence Parade, Southsea.

Portsmouth magistrates handed him a six-month conditional discharge.

He must pay a £180 criminal courts charge and £75 compensation.
