A MAN who admitted criminal damage must pay compensation.

Barry Jeans, 23, of Sparsholt Close, Havant, damaged two TV sets, a patio door and a wardrobe worth £700.

Jeans appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court charged with one offence he carried out on February 18 at Ken Berry Court in Rowlands Castle.

Magistrates ordered Jeans to pay £500 compensation. No victim surcharge was imposed.
