The 19-year-old, of Hanway Road, Portsmouth, had about £10 of the class B drug on him in Grafton Street, Portsmouth.

Allen pleaded guilty to committing the crime while he was subject to a suspended sentence.

He was fined £30 and told to pay £15 to a fund for victims of crime. Fareham magistrates added an order of 10 extra hours of unpaid work to his 12-week suspended sentence.
