A MAN admitted impersonating a special police officer.

Stephen Stacey 23, of Arundel Street, Landport, Portsmouth admitted the offence in Southsea, on July 21. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs by city magistrates.
