A MAN who smashed the door of a Portsmouth letting agency has been jailed for 95 days.

Daniel Plumstead broke the glass panels in the door to Dacks Residential Lettings in The Fairways, Farlington.

When police arrived and arrested the 23-year-old they found he was carrying cannabis.

The offence came three days after Plumstead had been given a suspended sentence by magistrates for assault.

Plumstead, of St Piran’s Avenue, Copnor, pleaded guilty at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court to criminal damage, possession of a class B drug and breaching a suspended sentence.
