A MAN has been fined for using a mobile phone while driving.

Neil Hodge admitted committing the offence while driving a VW Caddy car in Winston Churchill Avenue, Portsmouth, on October 6. He was fined £175 and told to pay £15 into a fund for crime victims by Fareham magistrates. Hodge, 34, of Maddison Avenue, Gosport, was also told to pay £35 costs. Three penalty points were added to his driving licence.
