A FOOTBALL fan who admitted being drunk and disorderly before Pompey’s clash with Newport County has been given a conditional discharge.

Graham Fleet, 20, of Sullivan Circle, Newport, South Wales, was arrested for committing the offence in Milton Road before the match kicked off on August 30 in which Pompey lost 1-0.

Fellet, who represented himself, was given a nine-month conditional discharge.

He was ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
