POLICE are holding a Safer Christmas Pop-Up Shop to give advice to people.

There will be an opportunity to meet Waterlooville police at Unit 13, The Boulevard in Waterlooville, on Friday, from 10.30am until 3.30pm.

Staff from Havant Borough Council and Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service will be on hand to give tips on how to stay safe this Christmas.

Children can meet mascot Bobby the panda and take part in competitions.

Officers will be registering valuables on the national police property register and there will also be free Costa coffee.
