TWO men were punched and bitten in an unprovoked assault.

Hampshire police said a 48-year-old and an 18-year-old were approached by a man at the junction of Elmwood Avenue and Stakes Hill Road, Waterlooville.

He repeatedly punched the teenager in the face and bit the older man on his forearm, it is alleged. The teenager suffered a black eye and bruising. It happened between 12.10am to 12.30am on December 28. Call police on 101 quoting 44150453913.

n A man, 20, was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent.
