MOTORIST Paul Baillie has been fined for using a mobile phone while driving.

Baillie, of Cumberland Street, Portsea, Portsmouth, admitted committing the offence while driving a Renault Express in Wingfield Street, Buckland, Portsmouth, on October 8.

The 47-year-old was told to pay £115 in a fine and costs by Fareham magistrates.

Three penalty points were added to his licence.
