MAGISTRATES have fined a motorist for using a mobile phone while driving.

Fiona Kinsman, 49, pleaded guilty to committing the offence while driving a Vauxhall Corsa in Bridge Road, Park Gate.

Kinsman, of Kingcup Avenue, Locks Heath, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £15 to crime victims and £35 costs to Hampshire Police Authority.

Fareham magistrates added three points to her driving licence.
