DRINK-DRIVER John LeClercq has been banned from getting behind the wheel.

LeClercq, 47, of Bernina Close, Waterlooville, admitted driving a Hyundai in London Road, Waterlooville, while over the limit. A test revealed his blood contained 88 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 80mg.

LeClercq was banned from driving for a year and told to pay £350 in a fine and costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
