MAGISTRATES have banned a motorist from driving for three years.

Michal Adrejuk, of Benham Drive in Portsmouth admitted failing to provide a breath sample when asked on November 6 last year.

The 28-year-old was fined 3200 and ordered to pay £180 costs plus a £20 victim surcharge.

The ban can be cut by nine months on finishing a drink-drive awareness course.
