MAGISTRATES have fined a man for possessing cannabis.

David Rewcastle, 26, of New Road, Portsmouth, admitted having the class B drug on him at an address in Eastern Road, Portsmouth, on April 8. He was told to pay £100 in a fine and costs by Portsmouth magistrates. The drugs are to be destroyed.
