A 65-YEAR-OLD man has been fined for being drunk and disorderly.

Michael Burgess, of no fixed abode, admitted committing the offence in West Street, Fareham, on April 3.

He was fined £50 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims. Portsmouth magistrates ordered him not to leave court until the session ended as punishment.
