Knife-wielding man threatens staff in Portsmouth supermarket

A 73-YEAR-OLD man caught drink-driving has been banned for a year and told to pay £200.

David Attwood was stopped in Elettra Avenue, Waterlooville.

A breathalyser test revealed he had 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35mg.

Attwood, of Rose Hill, Lovedean, pleaded guilty to drink-driving when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
