MILLIONS of pounds is still owed in court fines.

Across Hampshire, Dorset and the Isle of Wight, out of £15m of fines, £9m is still unpaid.

HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) said nationally there is a total of £260m in unpaid court fines.
