POLICE have appealed for witnesses following a burglary in Paulsgrove.

The incident took place in Blakemere Road, Paulsgrove, at around 8.20pm on Tuesday.

Police say it is thought that thieves got into the property through the side gate.

Car keys were stolen, as well as a peach-coloured purse containing a bank card and £20 cash.

The 24-year-old victim was alerted by the burglary by her two dogs barking and hearing her kitchen door opening. She saw three white youths wearing hoodies leaving the property through the front door.
