Detectives believe they may have been stolen from sheds and outbuildings around the Lovedean Lane and Milton Road areas of Waterlooville during a string of burglaries over the past two weeks.

Police found the haul while carrying out house searches and seized the items.

Now they are trying to reunite them with their rightful owners.

Det Con Emma Halliday, from Waterlooville CID, said: ‘The items we’ve recovered include bicycles, camping equipment and electrical tools.

‘We’d ask that people check their sheds and garages to see if anything is missing.

‘By coming forward and reclaiming your items you may be able to help us with our investigation.

‘We would remind local residents to make sure they keep all outbuildings securely locked every night to prevent themselves becoming a victim of this kind of crime.’

A 34-year-old man and a 31-year-old man, both from Waterlooville, have been arrested in connection with the investigation on suspicion of burglary.

Anyone who recognises any of the items pictured should get in touch with Waterlooville CID on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
