A MAN admitted using a disabled badge belonging to a person who had died.

Kevin Curtiss, 52, of Highland Road, Southsea, used the badge at Old Market Road pay-and-display car park in Cosham, and twice in Landport View, Portsmouth, between May 17 last year and February 2.

Curtiss was fined £450 and told to pay a £45 victim surcharge and £100 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
