A DRINK-DRIVER who was more than twice the legal limit has been fined £125 with £100 costs and banned from driving for 16 months by Portsmouth magistrates.

Bryn O’Riordan, 20, of Eastern Road, Portsmouth was caught in Wimbledon Park Road, Southsea, on February 19.

A breathalyser test revealed he had 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
