MAGISTRATES have fined a man for being drunk and disorderly.

Clifton Parkinson, from Kingston Road, Portsmouth admitted committing the offence in the same street on March 20.

The 48-year-old was fined £70 and told to pay £50 in court costs and £15 to a fund for victims of crime by Portsmouth magistrates.
