MAGISTRATES have fined a man for driving without due care and attention.

Richard Meaden, 35, of Chatsworth Avenue, Cosham, Portsmouth, admitted committing the offence while driving an Audi A4 in East Street, Portchester, on April 26.

He was fined £135 and told to pay £35 costs and £15 to a fund for crime victims by Fareham magistrates.

Three penalty points were added to his driving licence.
