A MAN has been fined after admitting using a mobile phone while driving.

Andrew Denning, of Westover Road, Copnor, was caught while driving a Vauxhall Astra in Fratton Road, Fratton, on June 23 last year.

The 36-year-old was fined £60, and told to pay £35 costs and £15 into a fund for crime victims by Fareham magistrates.

His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
