A MAN has been fined for driving without insurance.

Xun Zhang, 21, of Cross Street, Portsmouth, admitted committing the crime in Campbell Road, Southsea, on January 29.

He was told to pay £150 in a fine and costs by Fareham magistrates. Six points were added to his licence.
