MAGISTRATES have fined a motorist for driving without a valid licence or insurance.

Ingridia Dailidyte, 21, of Chichester Road, North End, Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to committing the offence in Godwit Road, Southsea.

The 21-year-old was fined £600 by Fareham magistrates.

She was ordered to pay with £50 in court costs after the case was found proved in her absence.
